The CAL Fire Grass Valley Air Attack Base has been working closely with Perimeter Solutions to upgrade their fire retardant mixing plant to a computer controlled mixing system. Perimeter Solutions produces high-quality lubricant additives and firefighting chemicals and have produce PHOS-CHEK and FIRE-TROL fire retardants, this upgraded mixing system will allow CAL Fire to mix retardant at a far higher capacity and quality.
