Helitak has received FAA Supplemental Type Certification for the FT1800 fixed firefighting tank system on the Bell 412.

The Bell 412 is one of the world's most widely operated medium twin-engine helicopters, in service with government, military and commercial operators worldwide. With this STC, those operators can now fit a certified, high-capacity firefighting tank to their existing fleets.

Helitak are now working on validating the STC with civil aviation authorities around the world, with further approvals to be announced as they're completed.
