The first serial-production-representative AW09 has successfully completed its maiden flight in Vergiate, Italy. The S6 was built at Leonardo’s Vergiate Final Assembly Line facility.

This milestone marks a significant advancement for the AW09 program, highlighting progress in the industrialization phase while ground and certification tests continue at a high pace.
