Hartzell Engine Tech, a Hartzell Aviation company, announced an expansion of the Fuelcraft product line with FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval for direct replacement PT6 fuel pumps across multiple aircraft platforms.

Developed in response to operator demand for a straightforward, OEM approved replacement option, the new pumps provide a cost-conscious alternative while maintaining compliance with applicable aircraft maintenance manuals and installation requirements.

“Customers asked for a direct replacement solution that delivers reliability, availability, and value,” said a Marolous Cebulka V.P. of Sales and Marketing at Hartzell Aviation. “These pumps are installed in accordance with existing aircraft manuals, allowing operators and technicians to replace units with confidence.”

The newly approved PT6 fuel pumps are authorized for installation on the following aircraft:

Approvals are based on aircraft installations in accordance with applicable maintenance documentation.

The pumps are now available and shipping through Hartzell Aviation’s global distribution network, with stock orders currently being accepted by authorized distributors.

Hartzell Aviation MRO serves as the authorized repair station facility supporting these PT6 fuel pumps and is now offering overhaul and repair services for both Fuelcraft and OEM part number pumps. This integrated structure positions the company as a complete lifecycle support provider, from new production through long term turbine fuel pump maintenance.
