Milestone Aviation has completed a lease transaction with Gulf Med Aviation Services, including the placement of two H145s from our fleet, as well as the Purchase and Lease Back of two new H145s. All four aircraft are now operating in Portugal, supporting helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) for the country’s national emergency medical services.
