Leading Edge Helicopters is seeking an experienced AS350 utility pilot. The role involves working in the powerline industry which involves patrolling powerlines and powerline stringing, platform and longline operations for the construction of Transmission Lines. The position is a touring position throughout Australia which requires working in remote locations and at times residing, on tour, in mining camps.

Minimum qualifications required:
Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter
Aviation Medical – Class 1
AS350 Type Rating
Low Level Rating
Sling Rating

Experience required:
2500 total helicopter hours PIC
100 hours PIC on AS350
200 hours low level flying
100 hours longline
200 hours powerline operations (desirable)
