The Volcano Fire in Murrieta, California was burning in a beautiful community with some houses on hills surrounded by a valley. I got permission to go in the backyard of a home overlooking the valley, which give me a great vantage point to photograph Cal Fire's Firehawk dropping water on an adjacent hill. The owners of the home I was photographing from were so nice and even asked if I needed anything to drink.
