China based Tengden Science and Technology Company has carried out a series of payload target tests from their unmanned helicopter drone in coordination with several domestic partners.

The trials were aimed at validating the operational capability of the unmanned drone platform with a series of missile launches. The first test was carried out at dawn firing a lightweight air-to-surface missile that destroyed target upon impact. The company has reported that it has completed a number of successful target tests demonstrating the reliability and accuracy of its unmanned platform.

The drone was piloted by Cheng Sijia, the first female flight operator of the Tengdun unmanned helicopter in China to complete a live-fire target test.
